Our last full day on board the Disney Dream started with our usual family breakfast—and then we each went off to squeeze in our favorite ship activities one last time. It was a “do all the things” kind of day!

From more rounds of trivia and bingo to solving our final detective agency case, swimming, and catching a few more movies on Funnel Vision, we packed in as much magic as we could. Oh, and let’s not forget the ice cream —which the kids will miss dearly!
Dinner that night was bittersweet. We enjoyed our final meal with our incredible waitstaff—Steve, Meow Meow (yes, that’s what they went by!), and Ravi, who totally stole my youngest’s heart. To this day, he still talks about Ravi and the fun moments they shared during our dinners.

As the night wound down, Disney delivered luggage tags to our stateroom. If you opt in, you simply tag your bags, place them outside your door by the set time, and Disney takes care of the rest transporting them to the port so you can enjoy breakfast stress-free without lugging everything with you. Super helpful, especially for families, but I wouldn’t recommend this if you have a very early flight, since it adds a bit of waiting time at the terminal.

We had a sit-down breakfast scheduled, so we used the luggage service, which was great. As a mom, this gave me a chance to Tetris-pack all our last-minute goodies: popcorn buckets, Disney merch, souvenirs, you name it.
Pro Tip: Leave extra space in your luggage when packing for your cruise. Trust me, you’ll thank yourself later. You’re going to shop.
And just like that, our first family Disney cruise came to a close. It was filled with memories, laughter, magic, and a few new traditions we’ll be carrying with us forever

Not to mention we’re looking forward to the next one we’re already trying to plan.
